Ending the Frustration Caused by Tube Systems!
Wednesday, February 15, 2017
Aside from the Bavis Basic Pneumatic System (BPS) and Advanced Pneumatic System (APS), tube systems have remained unchanged for decades, laden with all the same problems and high maintenance needs.
Do you want to stop the frustration? Transtrax® features a completely different drive system that solves all of these problems, providing superior reliability and lower cost of operation compared to pneumatics.
Transtrax® is equipped with a full duplex audio system, specifically designed and rigorously tested for drive thru. A positive tape drive system partners with non-contact sensors to quietly, smoothly, provide an enhanced customer experience.
Tellers can deliver carriers to preset car or truck/van heights, transport more weight, and manually retrieve a carrier in the event of a power failure. Tellers will also appreciate the slim profile of the Transtrax®, which allows for a clear line of sight between the customer and the teller and doesn’t occupy valuable work space.
If cost is an issue, you’ll be relieved to know that Transtrax® is the most cost efficient system in its class. With only four moving parts, each manufactured here in the USA using appropriate durable materials, Transtrax® systems are serviced on average less than once a year. This means less repair costs, less down time, and less risk of customers having a negative view of your drive thru operations.
As if that’s not enough, Transtrax® also doesn’t require power to the customer island, (there is only one motor and one power connection) which reduces installation costs. It also uses carriers which cost a fraction of the price and a drive system that uses roughly 90% less power (compared to pneumatic systems).
It has been shown that the TransTrax® can save as much as $15,000 per lane over a ten year period when compared to the maintenance and operational cost of competitive pneumatic tube systems.
We could wax poetic about Transtrax® for days (did we mention the three year manufacturer’s limited parts warranty not found standard with any other tube system?) but by now you probably just want to talk to one of our experts about how you can maximize your customer’s satisfaction while saving with this system. Give us a call and we’ll get started.
