Captive Carrier runs on a tape track that is more reliable that traditional pneumatic tube systems, with the carrier itself measure 7-1/2”L x 5-1/4”W x 10-1/2”H, large enough to deliver standard orders. (Fun fact: The carrier size was chosen because it was big enough to hold a 4-liter jug, the size of colonoscopy prep solution.)
