You know if you get all the details of your job right, it helps everyone succeed. That’s the kind of person we’re looking for in our Sales Assistant – Parts Administrator role. This position will work closely with customers, primarily helping them with parts orders and service inquiries, but will also assist in other areas within the sales team where needed. We’re looking for someone who excels in delivering a great customer experience, but also won’t shy away from difficult conversations, such as collecting deposits for orders, when needed. No matter the situation, we’re looking for someone who communicates with tact and care and takes pride in the way they represent the company and themselves.
This is a highly collaborative team that takes pride in its ability to hold high standards for customer experience and revenue generation. This role specifically is a frontline position that involves a high level of organization and self-motivation, we consistently strive to improve customer experience.
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll experience every aspect of the Bavis Fabacraft business and culture. You’ll work closely with members of the sales team, but will also collaborate with accounting, production, marketing, and other members of the organization. You’ll gain valuable knowledge and experience in an organization where there’s room to grow!

If so, we’d like to talk to you for our Sales Engineer role! Bavis Fabacraft is looking for a true teammate who capably understands all aspects of our technical product lines and creates value in the sales and services portion of our business by helping our team to deliver extra-ordinary, complete and effective solutions for our customers, new and existing. This means consulting on/explaining product features to customers during live demonstrations, negotiating contract terms as part of the sales team, and providing insights and support to existing customers engaged with our services department. Your success will be measured by new customer acquisition/close rates, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
